No. We build it for you from scratch, around how your business actually runs. If you already have one, we bring your words, photos and web address across to your new Quorotto site.

Yes. Ordering and booking can live on the same website, so customers can buy a product or book a job, and you see it all in one place.

It depends on how you work now. The time comes back from the jobs it does for you: taking orders and bookings, sending receipts and invoices, sorting packing lists or job sheets, and getting your tax-time numbers ready. On your free call we'll walk through your week and show you which parts it takes over.

No. We set it up with you: your branding, products or services, prices, delivery or service area, payments and how you like to work. You can change prices and products yourself whenever you like.

Usually about a week once we have your words and photos. We show you your site first, and it goes live when you sign it off.

You send us your words, photos and an idea of the look you like, and we turn them into your website.

If you already have them, we use them and keep your email working. If not, we help you buy a domain name and set up your email at no extra cost. You pay for the domain yourself, so it's in your name and yours to keep.

No. We're based in the Lockyer Valley and happy to meet you in person anywhere in the Lockyer Valley, Toowoomba, Ipswich or Brisbane. Anywhere else in Australia or overseas, we meet on Zoom or Microsoft Teams, on Queensland time (AEST).

Three packages, the same for ordering and booking. Steady is $300 setup then $100 a month, Busy is $500 setup then $150 a month, and Flat Out is $800 setup then $200 a month. You get a fixed quote in writing before anything's built.

Steady costs $1,400 in the first year, Busy $2,150 and Flat Out $3,000. That's the one-off setup plus 11 monthly fees, because your first month is free.

When you sign up. It's invoiced with your service agreement, due within 7 days, and we start building once it's paid.

Your first monthly fee isn't charged until a month after your site goes live.

No lock-in. It's month to month and you can cancel anytime, with no penalty.

You won't pay a monthly fee. The setup fee covers the work of building your site, so it isn't refunded once building has started.

Stripe charges its own fee on each card payment, taken before the money reaches your bank, at its standard Australian rates (see stripe.com/au/pricing). Quorotto takes no commission on your sales.

Yes. Switch any time. Moving up may need a one-off setup fee for the new features, never more than the difference between the two setup fees, and we quote it in writing first. Moving down costs nothing, and setup fees aren't refunded.

Tell a business owner about us. When they sign up, you both get a month free.

You keep your domain name and your content: your words, photos and customer data. The custom software that runs it stays with Quorotto.

Yes. Customers pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through your own Stripe account, and Afterpay, Klarna or Zip if you turn them on in Stripe. You can also let them pay on delivery or at pickup.

No. Payments go through your own Stripe account, so the money goes straight to you.

Yes, on Busy and Flat Out. Wholesale customers get their own login and prices, with credit limits, payment terms, invoices and statements. They can pay an invoice by card or straight from a bank account.

Yes, on Flat Out. The market stall till runs on your phone or tablet, records cash and card-reader sales, and puts them beside your online orders.

No. Customers only see the times you're free, so once a time is booked it's gone.

Yes. Add phone and walk-in bookings yourself, and they sit in the same calendar as the ones made online.

Your sales export as files that Xero and MYOB can import, on Busy and Flat Out. Every package shows your BAS sales figures for the quarter. Your accountant still lodges your BAS and tax return.

Every package shows the sales figures for your BAS and gives you a quarterly BAS sales report as a PDF. It covers the sales half of your BAS: G1, your total sales including GST; G3, the part of those sales that is GST-free; and 1A, the GST you collected on your sales. It doesn't include G10 (capital purchases, like equipment or a vehicle), G11 (everything else you buy for the business) or 1B (the GST credits on those purchases), because we don't see your expenses. Your bookkeeper or accountant adds those and lodges your BAS. If you're not registered for GST, it's a simple quarterly sales summary. Busy adds files ready to import into Xero or MYOB. Flat Out adds a monthly financial report and a monthly website report by email, plus end of financial year reports and an accountant pack. They help your accountant; they're not a lodged BAS or tax return.
